We are actively seeking a skilled Mid-Level Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Mid-Level Product Designer at INGENIOUS.BUILD, you’ll play a key role in crafting and enhancing user interfaces for our platform in close collaboration with product management and engineering teams. You’ll have the opportunity to build prototypes, gather feedback from stakeholders, and ensure the seamless integration of design elements across our platform. Your work will directly contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences and the overall success of our product. In this position, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to create impactful user interfaces
  • Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design iterations
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Oversee the design process and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct competition research to inform design decisions
  • Assist developers during the implementation phase by providing support and clarifications
  • Utilize INGENIOUS.BUILD Design System to maintain consistency across the product
  • Take ownership of features and drive them from conception to delivery
  • Create user-friendly interfaces for the complex B2B web application


Skills and Experience needed:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated strong teamwork skills coupled with a problem-solving attitude
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility rules
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Ability to create and maintain Design System
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and an ownership mentality to drive projects independently and deliver high-quality results
