The Role We are looking for 3 Test Experts to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of complex software systems. In this role, you will take ownership of testing strategy, design test environments, and execute a full spectrum of application tests. You will work closely with development and architecture teams to validate that the final product meets high-quality standards. Responsibilities Take responsibility for the testing strategy and plan all test activities. Develop test plans, test cases, and design the testing environment. Implement, execute, and debug application test cases and scripts. Analyze functional and technical system design for testability. Interpret test results, track defects, and report on progress, status, and trends. Validate and document the completion of testing and development. Collaborate closely with analysts, architects, software developers, and service desk teams to ensure top-tier quality assurance. Expectations Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall experience in IT, including at least 4 years hands-on experience as a Tester or Test Expert .
