We are looking for a Test Specialist (SharePoint) (m/f/n) to join our client's team, working on a project for one of the EU institutions in Warsaw.

About the project:

You will join a Digital Services team responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of business-critical applications before they go live. The role involves setting up and maintaining test management tools and environments, performing comprehensive testing activities, and coordinating User Acceptance Tests with business stakeholders. You will also produce high-quality testing documentation and collaborate closely with project managers, developers, architects, and support teams across all levels.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT

  • A minimum of 4 years of project experience relevant to the profile or at a similar position

  • Higher degree diploma (bachelor or engineer) 

  • English B2 level

  • Expert in testing, including unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, performance and stress testing, acceptance testing, and regression testing

  • Certificates: ISTQB advanced or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (or 3 years of experience in test management above the required minimum experience at a similar position)

  • Expert in designing test environments

  • Hands-on experience in testing complex systems

  • Experience in setting up a test management tool for a new project

  • Experience in providing test documentation

  • Experience in leading testing in complex projects

  • Practical knowledge of testing tools

  • Analytical mind, attention to detail, and an ability to pick things up quickly

  • Presents excellent communication and documentation skills

🏢 Summary: Long-term remote Software Developer (.NET + BI) contract supporting a European Union organization, focused on enterprise business intelligence solutions. The role combines hands-on system design and development with technical leadership, solution documentation, release management, testing, and advanced support. The offer includes a rate of 215 PLN net + VAT per hour and co-financed medical and sports packages. 🗂️ Requirements: Minimum 4 years of professional IT experience, Bachelor’s or engineering degree in IT, Completion of at least one full software solution lifecycle, Enterprise software development expertise, UML application design proficiency, Data, business-logic, and UI layer design and development experience, Scrum experience, Technical team leadership capability, Technical solution documentation skills, Intermediate software-development certification or internationally recognized equivalent, Software Developer experience on at least 2 Microsoft BI or similar solution projects, In-depth knowledge of physical databases, SQL, BI, reporting, ETL, data modelling, OLAP, and data mining, Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Power BI or similar BI tool experience, Minimum 5 years of .NET experience, EU citizenship, Ability to work from Poland 📃 Skills: .NET, PowerBI, SQL, UML, Scrum, ETL, OLAP, BI, Databases, Reporting, Modelling, Mining, Testing 🏢 Description: Currently, for one of our Partners, we are looking for an experienced Software Developer (.NET + BI) (m/f/n) to support a long‑term project delivered for an organization of the European Union based in Warsaw. Requirements: At least 4 years of professional experience in IT High degree diploma in IT (bachelor or engineer) Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the serolution Expert in developing enterprise-level software systems in a specified technology domain Knows UML and can design applications in UML Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer Worked in Scrum developments Is capable of leading technical teams Holds the ability to document technical solutions effectively Presents problem-solving skills Intermediate level certificate in software development relevant to the domain or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority) Specific requirements Experience in the role of Software Developer in at least 2 projects aimed at design, implementation and deployment of solutions based on Microsoft Business Intelligence or similar Holds in-depth knowledge of physical databases, SQL, BI, reporting tools, ETL tools, data modelling tools, OLAP and data mining tools Holds in-depth knowledge and experience in at least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools Holds in-depth knowledge and experience in at least 5 years of experience working in .NET Typical tasks and responsibilities Designs and develops the system Leads development teams Translates requirements into design Optimizes software from performance, security, and quality points of view Produces technical documentation Estimates effort and time for development Sets software development standards Proposes technical solutions for business needs and technical problems Collects and interprets software metrics Manages configuration and releases Contributes to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment Tests solutions and develops testing tools Documents developments Prototypes solutions Acts as 2nd and 3rd line support Offer: Rate: 215 PLN net +VAT/H B2B contract signed with SHIMI Long-term cooperation Work model: remote Benefits: Co-financing of private medical and sports packages Work in a multinational environment The candidate must be an EU citizen and must be working from Poland
