About us:
At HTD, we don’t just build one product. We create custom medical solutions for clients in the US. We work in cross-functional, international teams where technology meets empathy and real-world impact on patient health.
Why is this ad different?
Currently, our teams are full, but the HealthTech industry moves fast. We know that exciting new projects can appear overnight. We want to get to know you now, verify your skills, and invite you to our exclusive HTD Verified Talents group.
Our goal is to have a pool of pre-vetted experts ready to hit the ground running. By applying now, you ensure that you are already "ready to hire" the moment a new recruitment need arises, without the stress of a last-minute process.
What’s in it for you?
- First Priority: When a project launches, we don’t post an ad—we call you first.
- Streamlined Process: You pass the technical interview once. When a project arrives, we only discuss the specific details.
- Flexibility: Options for both permanent long-term roles and fixed-term project contracts.
How does the verification process look?
We take our Talent Pool seriously. Selected candidates will be invited to go through our full recruitment process now, so that when the right project comes along, the formalities are already behind us. The process consists of:
- HR Interview: A quick sync to talk about your experience and expectations.
- English Verification: A brief check to ensure you're comfortable working in an international environment.
- Technical Interview: A deep dive into your skills with one of our experts.
Once you pass these stages, you become a Verified HTD Talent. This means you are our first point of contact for upcoming opportunities, and we won't put you through the whole recruitment cycle again.
Ready to be first in line? Apply now and let’s get verified!
What we need from you:
- Senior-level Experience: A proven track record in a Senior QA role, with a focus on building, scaling, and maintaining robust automation frameworks from scratch.
- Automation Skills (Selenium & Playwright): Strong hands-on experience in developing automated web tests. You should be proficient in Selenium and have a solid understanding of modern testing tools like Playwright.
- Coding Proficiency: Ability to work comfortably within the .NET ecosystem (C#) or JavaScript/TypeScript, depending on the framework's requirements.
- Manual Testing Proficiency: While the focus is on automation, you should be skilled in manual testing. This includes designing Master Test Plans and executing E2E, functional, exploratory, and regression tests.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in API and database testing, plus the ability to write scripts for test data creation and management.
- Performance Testing: Ability to conduct load and performance tests using tools like Blazemeter.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to clearly articulate technical issues and quality risks to both internal teams and the client.
- Language: Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is a strict requirement.
We appreciate if you have:
- Quality Mindset: An understanding that effective automation is built on the foundation of great manual test cases.
- Strong Documentation Habits: A knack for detailed reporting, permission mapping, and clear bug life cycle management.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Experience in tracking automation metrics (automated vs. manual coverage).
- Proactive Attitude: A "problem-solver" approach and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Organizational Skills: High level of self-management and attention to detail.
Your daily life in HTD will be focusing around:
- Ensuring Quality: Managing the full bug life cycle and providing production release confirmation.
- Test Strategy: Designing query-based test suites and managing formal QA sign-offs for deployments.
- Collaborative Success: Participating in weekly QA syncs with the QA Manager and conducting peer test case reviews.

Jeśli bliżej Ci do budowania podejścia i standardów niż do rozwijania procesów i narzędzi dla samych procesów - to będzie dobry kierunek 😉. 🎯 Projekt Dołączysz do zespołu budującego i rozwijającego globalny produkt z obszaru telemedycyny. Wypracowaliśmy kulturę organizacyjną i środowisko tworzące przestrzeń do ciągłego rozwoju naszego Zespołu i przestrzeń do osiągania osobistych celów. Dbamy aby dostarczać Ci projekty, dzięki którym zrealizujesz własną ścieżkę rozwoju kompetencji. 👉 Co dalej -> Aplikuj.
