We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong QA and testing background to lead testing delivery within large enterprise programs.
This role involves managing multiple testing teams, ensuring quality governance across program releases, and representing QA delivery at program management level.
You will be working on large-scale public-facing platforms across web and mobile environments, validating complex application ecosystems including functional, integration, system, and non-functional testing.

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Test Automation Engineer / QA Lead Responsibilities: Create and maintain automated post-migration verification using Robot Framework Coordinate testing of migrated applications with Service Areas across various implementation waves Define, prepare, and own the end-to-end test strategy and test plans for the migration programme Design a testing framework for application test teams to be used as a prerequisite before migration and for post-migration verification Coordinate testing activities across all relevant programme workstreams Lead and coordinate testing activities across application testing teams during migration cutover Analyse requirements and ensure sufficient test coverage, including functional and non-functional aspects Oversee test case design, preparation, execution, review, and quality assurance of test artefacts Work closely with project, technical, and business teams to align testing activities with the overall project timeline and milestones Track, monitor, and report on test planning, execution progress, defects, and quality metrics Manage testing-related dependencies and risks, proactively escalating issues where required Support business teams during testing phases and provide guidance on testing best practices Ensure testing activities are aligned with agreed quality standards, governance, and compliance requirements Facilitate defect triage and support issue resolution in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams Requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Test Automation Engineer, QA Lead, or Test Lead in complex programmes Strong hands-on experience with test automation using Robot Framework Experience in defining test strategies, test plans, and test frameworks Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across business and technical teams Ability to manage testing activities across multiple teams and workstreams in parallel Experience with test tracking, reporting, defect management, and quality metrics Good understanding of functional and non-functional testing Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with project, technical, infrastructure, and business stakeholders Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Nice to have: Knowledge of VMware environments Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other public cloud platforms Experience in testing infrastructure, platform, or cloud-based solutions Familiarity with automation strategies and tools in a migration context Previous experience in large-scale application or infrastructure migration programmes Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
