We are looking for an experienced and communicative Delivery Manager with a strong growth mindset to join the fastest-growing program within our portfolio. You will be managing software delivery for a major US-based enterprise, focusing on large-scale applications with a massive global reach.
This is a unique opportunity to work on products that operate on a global scale and impact a vast user base worldwide. You will be joining a highly dynamic environment - our team grew by over 100% in 2025, expanded by another 50% in 2026, and we are planning further aggressive growth in the upcoming quarters.
❗️ IMPORTANT: This position is strictly based in Kraków ONLY, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of several software project teams.
Ensure all project deliverables are on track and meet high-quality standards.
Handle comprehensive project reporting and effectively manage client feedback.
Build, maintain, and manage direct relationships with key client stakeholders.
Track project performance, improve the KPI framework, and measure the impact of AI on developer productivity.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and client expectations.
Lead and manage the project team, providing mentorship and guidance for key engineers
Min requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing software development projects.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid model (strictly 3 days a week from the Kraków office).
