Test Manager (Warsaw / hybrid)
Location: Warsaw / hybrid (min. 2 days in office per week)
Salary: 18 000 – 22 000 PLN gross + up to 20% annual bonus

Responsibilities:
Leading small QA team (provide mentorship, guidance and performance management)
Lead implementation of new automation testing toolset
Define and implement the overall test strategy
Establish and maintain testing standards and processes
Monitor and report on test progress and metrics
Manage testing of 3rd-party systems including integration, low-code solution and in some cases in-house C# code
Allocate test resources to Agile squads
Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
Identify testing risks and issues early
Support defect triage and resolution
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in Test Management and in team leadership (preferably more)
5+ years of experience in software testing (web-based, Microservices, Event-driven), including test automation
Experience in owning test strategy and standards
Knowledge of API and integration testing
Experience at companies / in projects with mature testing process and SDLC
Agile awareness
Fluent in English
Nice to have:
ISTQB certification; experience in creating test strategy; experience in implementing new testing tools; experience with Azure, Power Platform, D365;
