QA Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager (QA) to join a long-term project focused on testing next-generation public-facing and social media applications.

📍 Location: Warsaw or Gdansk (Hybrid – 3 days from the office)

• 3-month probationary contract
• followed by a 1-year employment contract (UoP)

About the Role

As a Service Delivery Manager (QA), you will be responsible for overseeing all testing activities within a program and ensuring high standards of quality across multiple testing teams and releases.

You will act as the central point of ownership for testing delivery, guiding test managers and leads, setting priorities, and representing the testing function within program governance.

The role involves working on large-scale applications used by millions of users worldwide, including validation of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger across both mobile and desktop environments.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about quality engineering, automation, and managing large QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern multiple testing teams across projects, releases, or platforms

  • Drive test strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring full coverage and quality

  • Implement and promote an automation-first testing strategy

  • Oversee test progress, quality metrics, and reporting

  • Manage resources, resolve issues affecting testing delivery, and ensure timelines are met

  • Prepare test reports and go/no-go recommendations based on metrics and results

  • Present testing progress, improvements, and burn-down charts in stakeholder meetings

  • Coordinate testing activities across SIT, E2E, and Data Migration testing

  • Collaborate closely with customers, development teams, and test leads

  • Define and monitor KPIs for testing performance and productivity

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in QA / Testing

  • 8–10 years of experience as a Test Manager or QA Manager

  • Strong hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and delivery

  • Experience managing large QA teams

  • Strong stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills

  • Experience with metrics-driven testing and quality management

  • Ability to lead testing across complex, multi-team environments
