Description

Provide personalized functional, regenerative, and aesthetic care. You will order and interpret functional medicine labs, manage HRT and integrative care plans, and conduct Good Faith Exams (virtual or in person) prior to RN or esthetician treatments. You will also prescribe when needed (including Valtrex for cold sores), chart daily in approved EMRs, and approve/determine appropriate services based on client health status.

Responsibilities

• Order and interpret functional medicine labs (hormone panels, gut health tests, genetic screenings)

• Manage hormone replacement therapy for men and women

• Address thyroid, adrenal, and metabolic conditions with integrative treatment plans

• Deliver or oversee services including medical weight loss, sexual wellness, hair restoration, and IV therapy

• Prescribe and manage peptides, medical cannabis/THC, customized supplements, and longevity therapies

• Administer or supervise regenerative injections (PRP, PRF, exosomes, stem cells, ozone)

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with diet and wellness coaches

• Chart all patient encounters daily using approved EMR platforms

• Assist with Good Faith Exams before treatment by RNs/esthetic providers; chart prior to services

• Approve or deny treatments based on health status and treatment plan; prescribe Valtrex or other pre-treatment medications as applicable

• Ensure follow-up visits and post-procedure check-ins are completed by Guest Services

• Serve as an experienced injector for neurotoxins and dermal fillers and support laser-related treatments

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing as an NP or PA in Pennsylvania

• 2+ years’ experience or certification in functional/integrative medicine

• Strong understanding of regenerative medicine and hormone therapy

• Comfort with independent and collaborative work

• Professional, patient-centered demeanor

• Familiar with EMRs and scheduling/communication systems

• Willingness to participate in social media growth and marketing efforts

• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment
