• Compensation: First-year base salary + productivity; second year straight productivity; $150K+ possible for ~30 hours/week

Description

Administer aesthetic injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers while providing excellent patient care and consultations. Collaborate with the team to support marketing strategies, maintain medical standards and safety protocols, and document treatments and outcomes in Nextech EMR. Handle patient concerns and complications promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Administer aesthetic injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers under the guidance of experienced providers

• Deliver exceptional patient care and consultations to enhance client satisfaction and trust

• Collaborate with the team to develop and support marketing strategies that promote aesthetic services

• Maintain medical standards and safety protocols in a clean, professional environment

• Maintain detailed record keeping in the EMR (patient treatments, outcomes, and other required medical inputs)

• Address patient concerns or complications promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant state license

• Some experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers

• Solid understanding of facial anatomy

• Excellent injection skills

• Excellent patient care skills with a strong focus on patient safety

• Ability to manage patient expectations and handle patient concerns

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and genuine desire to learn and grow in aesthetic medicine
