Description

Join an evidence-based, measurement-based outpatient mental healthcare model delivering accessible, affordable, and effective care. You’ll work within an integrated team and benefit from clinical oversight from two Co-CMOs. The model is designed to support meaningful patient-centered care and physician success.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for a variety of patient case types and a broad age range
• Deliver diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning based on the measurement-driven care model
• Collaborate with prescribers, therapists, practice assistants, and full support staff
• Conduct follow-ups and care as scheduled, including telehealth days
• Participate in advanced treatment options such as TMS and Spravato if experienced or interested

Requirements

• Active Medical license in Illinois
• Active DEA license and active Controlled Substance license in Illinois
• Board Eligible or Active Board Certified with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
• Open to seeing a variety of patient case types and broad age range
