Description

You’ll help deliver the compute infrastructure behind frontier AI by working across software, hardware, operations, and physical data center systems. The role involves improving reliability, accelerating deployment timelines, increasing operational efficiency, and bringing new compute capacity online quickly and safely at massive scale.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and operate global compute infrastructure

• Solve complex problems across software, hardware, manufacturing supply chain, and data center systems

• Improve reliability, performance, efficiency, and scalability of critical infrastructure

• Partner cross-functionally to bring new compute capacity online quickly and reliably

• Identify bottlenecks across technical, operational, and physical systems and develop practical solutions

• Build tools, processes, systems, and infrastructure that improve execution at scale

• Contribute to long-term architecture and operational maturity

Requirements

• Experience building, scaling, or operating complex technical systems

• Comfortable working on ambiguous, high-impact problems

• Ability to collaborate across disciplines (software, hardware, operations, physical infrastructure)

• Strong technical judgment and execution focus

• Deep focus on reliability, speed, safety, and operational excellence

• Excited by the challenge of building infrastructure at unprecedented scale

• Motivated by work that directly supports frontier AI development and deployment
