Description

You will design and build the operational layer for AI and compute infrastructure from scratch—covering provisioning and cluster configuration, CI/CD and artifact registries, and secure management of access, secrets, and the service lifecycle. You will maintain core platform components such as Kubernetes clusters, deployment automation, and identity/secrets management, while using Infrastructure as Code to streamline engineering and operations workflows. You will also build production-grade automation in Python and Bash and ensure end-to-end supply chain security, repeatable deployments, and stable production performance.

Responsibilities

• Build next-generation infrastructure: provisioning, cluster configuration, access management, secrets, and service lifecycle

• Manage core platform components: Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, artifact registries, and identity/secrets management

• Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation to reduce operational effort

• Develop automations and integrations using Python and Bash, including batch operations

• Ensure production security and stability, including supply chain security and repeatable deployments

Requirements

• Proven ability to install and administer Kubernetes clusters (network layer, integrations, observability, performance monitoring, and day-to-day maintenance)

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes Infrastructure as Code (Helm, Kubectl and/or Kustomize) and deployment automation (ArgoCD/Flux)

• Experience with Infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform/Ansible)

• Strong automation skills in Python and Bash for internal tools, scripts, and automation of build/test/deploy

• Background designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI), including reusable components and self-hosted agents

• Proficiency with container/artifact registries and supply chain security (image scanning, dependency control, signing, approved base images, attestation/provenance)

• Knowledge of OIDC/SSO and IdP solutions (Entra ID, Okta, Keycloak, Auth0) and authentication delegation

• Experience with secure secrets management in Kubernetes (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, operators, CSI drivers)

• Understanding of the testing pyramid and software security processes, and how to apply them in CI/CD and code-review workflows

• English B2+ or higher
