Description

Work on the development and maintenance of solutions supporting electronic FX trading (eFX), FX transaction processes, and pricing of currency instruments. You will lead business requirements analysis and workshops, model front-to-back processes and FX Spot/Forward/Swap transaction handling, and define eFX and pricing requirements related to market data and price distribution. You’ll also support developers with functional/integration tests and analyze production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements in Financial Markets; run workshops with stakeholders
• Model front-to-back processes and analyze FX Spot, FX Forward, and FX Swap transaction handling
• Define requirements for eFX solutions and analyze pricing processes, market data, and price distribution
• Contribute to defining requirements for setting and distributing rates/prices
• Support development teams with functional and integration testing and analyze production incidents

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, process management, or product development in the financial sector
• Knowledge of FX Spot, FX Forward, and FX Swap products; trading processes, Front Office activities, and the FX transaction lifecycle
• Experience analyzing trading and sales metrics and decomposing FX financial results (PnL, margin, hit ratio, internalization, volumes)
• Ability to analyze business requirements, create documentation, and independently run business processes
• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies; practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Very good English
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, independence, and proactivity
