Description

You will analyze and translate business requirements for the Murex MX.3 platform, with a focus on FXD and Commodity.

Responsibilities include mapping trading-related business processes, running workshops with stakeholders, and converting requirements into functional and technical specifications for IT teams.

You will also perform functional analysis of Murex components (Front Office, Market Data, and static data), support implementation/development work, and coordinate with international teams in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for development and maintenance of Murex MX.3 (FXD, Commodity)

• Map business processes related to trading financial instruments and Commodity products

• Conduct workshops and consultations to identify and refine requirements

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for IT teams

• Analyze Murex MX.3 functionality, including Front Office (e-Tradepad, Simulation), static data configuration, and Market Data (RTBS, MDIT)

• Analyze data model and database structure using SQL

• Collaborate with developers on solutions, changes, and requirement compliance

• Define solutions using Murex technical-layer elements (Pre-Trade Rules, MSL, Exchange, UDF)

• Support implementation and development projects, including testing and validation

• Work with international teams and prepare project/analytical documentation in English

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in the financial sector

• 5+ years practical experience with Murex MX.3, especially FXD and Commodity

• Good knowledge of trading processes for financial instruments and/or Commodity products

• Practical knowledge of Murex MX.3 from both business and technical perspectives

• Experience with Front Office modules, especially e-Tradepad and Simulation

• Knowledge of financial static data configuration and Market Data (RTBS, MDIT)

• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to analyze data independently

• Knowledge of Murex technical-layer elements: Pre-Trade Rules, MSL, Exchange, UDF

• Ability to analyze requirements and turn them into concrete technical solutions

• Experience creating analytical documentation and facilitating workshops with stakeholders

• Knowledge related to valuation, risk management, or reporting in financial markets

• Communicative English enabling international collaboration
