Description

Board-certified colorectal surgeon position to deliver care for benign and malignant colorectal disease, IBD, and advanced minimally invasive procedures while helping lead a regional colorectal surgery program. The surgeon will participate in a 1:6 general surgery call rotation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and Massachusetts General Hospital colleagues. The practice will leverage da Vinci Xi robotic technology and advanced surgical tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum colorectal surgical care (benign and malignant disease, IBD)

• Perform advanced minimally invasive procedures

• Help develop and lead a comprehensive Colorectal Surgery Program for the Seacoast region

• Participate in a 1:6 general surgery call rotation

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and MGH colleagues

• Participate in regional outreach, quality improvement, and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Board Certification in General Surgery

• Fellowship training in Colorectal Surgery

• 1+ year post-fellowship clinical experience (3–5 years preferred)

• Experience in IBD, colorectal cancer, and robotic-assisted surgery

• Strong leadership, communication, and program development skills

• Eligibility for New Hampshire medical licensure
