Description

Work on designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting secure, scalable, and robust .NET applications. You will develop full-stack .NET solutions, create and deliver technical documentation, and collaborate across engineering and business teams to implement enhancements. The role requires strong troubleshooting, code/design review participation, and adherence to SDLC, audit, and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop code and designs for new and existing systems following company standards

• Author and deliver technical documentation

• Participate in peer code and design reviews to ensure production-ready quality

• Build and maintain full-stack .NET applications meeting industry regulatory requirements

• Comply with SDLC frameworks (requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, release management, deployment)

• Gradually take on more complex development tasks as learning increases

• Exercise judgment in decision-making

• Provide engineering leadership and mentorship to junior engineers

• Review code for maintainability, coding standards, and security issues

• Follow Agile standards and attend Agile events

• Collaborate with architects on solution design and reviews

• Support audit and security compliance and be available for on-call as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related technology field, or equivalent experience

• 7+ years professional .NET software development

• 2 years of subject matter expert experience

• Full-stack .NET proficiency with knowledge of two or more modern programming languages

• Advanced API development experience (MuleSoft or APIM preferred)

• Proficiency in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms

• Ability to write complex scripts and modify existing code following standards and best practices

• Thorough understanding of databases and ability to write SQL

• Advanced knowledge across API, front-end, back-end, and data development and architecture

• Ability to lead and author technical specifications and detailed designs
