Description

You will architect, develop, and deploy robust solutions for a healthcare platform, helping elevate coding standards across the full stack. The role primarily uses Go and TypeScript/Angular and emphasizes automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. You will also mentor engineers, contribute to agile execution, and incorporate AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to move faster without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Scrum team on planning, estimations, and execution
• Translate user stories into technical designs and implementations
• Build high-quality, performant, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage
• Lead via design discussions, code reviews, and mentorship
• Participate in agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
• Work with cross-functional partners to deliver healthcare-domain solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and architecture
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including occasional on-call rotation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Full-stack proficiency (primarily Go and TypeScript)
• Strong testing framework knowledge; automate unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Ability to integrate multiple API results using maintainable design patterns
• Regular use of AI coding assistants in the development workflow
• Experience mentoring and collaborating within agile teams; provide technical guidance
• Expertise with Git/GitHub, code review, static analysis (ESLint, SonarQube), and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Agile/Scrum and CI/CD principles knowledge
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and distributed systems debugging
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
• Successful IAL3 compliant in-person identity proofing
• US citizen or permanent resident
• Ability to travel 1–2 times per year
• Remote work from continental US within Eastern or Central time zone (excluding New York)
