Description

You will build and scale full-stack applications and own features end-to-end, from architecture and development through production deployment. The work includes developing backend services and APIs, designing performant frontend interfaces, optimizing databases and queries, and improving platform reliability, performance, and developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Own features end-to-end (architecture, development, and production deployment)
• Develop backend services, APIs, and performant frontend interfaces
• Design and optimize databases, data models, and queries
• Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to deliver solutions
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience
• Make practical technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and scalability
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve existing systems

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience building and scaling products within high-growth startups
• Proven ability to take products from concept to production
• Regular use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms such as AWS, and modern backend architectures
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of deliverables
• Strong problem-solving skills and focus on shipping high-quality solutions
