Description

Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of systems and networks. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues, plan and execute upgrades/patches, and implement security measures. Support end-users, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in IT projects and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support servers and other IT infrastructure components for high availability and performance
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues
• Help implement security measures (including antivirus solutions)
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and installations
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Provide advanced technical support to end-users
• Lead or participate in IT projects, including deployment of new technologies and systems

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT systems administration or similar
• Proficiency with Windows Server environments
• Proficiency with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Proficiency with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Proficiency with cloud services (AWS, Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field is a plus
