Description

You will administer and continuously develop existing application systems and all related interface programs on Windows Servers, while supporting users with questions and issues about the software. You will also handle client and network administration, integrate new users and devices via Active Directory, coordinate external IT service providers, and advise departments on technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for software applications

• Perform client and full network administration

• Coordinate and manage external IT service providers

• Enroll new users and end devices into the company network via Active Directory

• Advise departments on technical questions and support IT-related topics

Requirements

• Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for application development or similar) or equivalent qualification

• Relevant experience introducing, developing, and supporting application systems

• Strong knowledge of hardware/software and network environments (WAN, LAN, WLAN)

• Basic programming skills, ideally MS SQL and Informix

• Experience with iOS mobile devices

• Experience with interfaces such as XML, FTP, and SFTP

• Confident with MS SQL, current Windows Server versions, and standard MS Office applications

• Independent, structured, customer-oriented working approach

• Secure communication in German and English

• Team player
