Description

You will perform intensive data analysis to inspect, cleanse, transform, and model data while resolving issues around completeness and quality. You will analyze ETL components in Informatica PowerCenter, create ETL mapping rules and visual documentation using Informatica and IBM InfoSphere DataStage, and use complex SQL queries to profile data and validate mapping accuracy in data warehouse models. You will also automate frontend testing and mock/test XML/API/web service calls using UFT (QTP)/Selenium and SOAP UI/IBM Rational Tester.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, cleanse, transform, and model data; resolve data completeness and quality issues
• Analyze Informatica PowerCenter ETL components and existing source-to-target mapping logic
• Create ETL data mapping rules visual documents using Informatica and IBM InfoSphere DataStage
• Write complex SQL queries and use Teradata SQL Assistant to profile data and check mapping accuracy
• Automate frontend tools using UFT (QTP) or Selenium
• Mock and test XML/API/OOS and web service calls using SOAP UI or IBM Rational Tester

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 5 years of experience performing the duties listed above
