Description

Work with medium-sized organizations to understand challenges and goals, then design, build, and present customized product demonstrations and prototypes. Confidently articulate the business value of solutions to business managers and executives while supporting multiple concurrent engagements. Partner with Sales to meet targets, train/enable the sales team, and deliver presales impact including events and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct focused discovery sessions and workshops to capture requirements and use cases
• Build and present customized product demonstrations
• Present and position technical solutions and their business value to executives
• Create new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking
• Collaborate with a team to solve business and technical problems
• Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently
• Present at marketing events
• Train and enable the sales team
• Work closely with Account Executives and the broader Sales team to promote the product
• Travel as needed

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for requirements/use cases and business-value articulation
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills with a storytelling approach
• Team-oriented problem solving for business and technical challenges
• Experience working across a range of industries
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Agentic Engineer experience building with Claude and similar AI coding tools using agent loops, tool use, and context engineering
