Description

As a Center Clinical Director, you will lead the care team while also performing market-specific duties. You will serve as a primary care physician for some patients and guide physicians and clinicians through training and development of clinical training materials. You will drive quality improvement efforts such as utilization review and care transitions, and support clinical discussions and quality management programs.

Requirements

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
• Board certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years post-residency experience
• At least 2 years in a clinical leadership role
• Experience with quality improvement
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
