Description

Provide clinical leadership for medical practitioners, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance while supporting practitioner development. Establish and maintain clinical guidelines and protocols, oversee diagnosis and treatment in medical clinics, and collaborate with integrated care and leadership teams to implement clinical goals. Serve as the liaison between medical and administrative staff, oversee policies/procedures, supervise APPs, and participate in QI, peer review, and on-call patient care.
