Post-acute care physician role in Polk County, Florida, providing care for 22–25 patients per day on a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights. Open to Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics physicians and offers flexible employment structure (W2 or 1099).

Responsibilities

• Provide post-acute care to patients

• Manage daily patient volume (22–25 patients/day)

• Deliver care within a Monday–Friday schedule without night coverage

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Experience/fit for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics practice

• Ability to work Monday–Friday and manage 22–25 patients/day
