Description

Provide electrophysiology services for adult cardiology patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. Perform the full spectrum of EP procedures, including pacemaker implantation through ablations, and support general cardiology coverage as needed. Include inpatient rounding and consultations, cardioversions, and TEE, with documentation in Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide EP services in hospital and clinic settings

• Manage adult cardiology patients

• Perform EP procedures: pacemaker implantation through ablations

• Provide general cardiology coverage as needed

• Perform cardioversions

• Perform transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)

• Conduct inpatient rounding and cardiac consultations

• Manage approximately 8–10 patients per day

• Collaborate with APC support Monday–Saturday

• Document care using Epic EMR

Requirements

• MD/DO required

• Cardiology/electrophysiology experience required

• Active Washington license preferred; IMLC candidates may be considered

• ACLS and BLS required

• ARNP certification listed among required credentials

• Case documentation representative of cardiovascular privileges within the previous 24 months

• EP documentation of approximately 100 EP cases representative of requested privileges within the previous 24 months

• Epic EMR experience required
