Quick Facts

• Role: Locum Electrophysiology Physician (MD/DO)

• Schedule: ~2 weeks per month

• Clinic shifts: 3–4 weekday shifts, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Call: Adjacent weekend call 1–2 times per month

• Setting: Inpatient & outpatient

• Assignment length: 6 months, possible extension

Role Description

Provide comprehensive Electrophysiology patient care in both clinic and hospital settings with an established cardiology team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrophysiology care across clinic and inpatient settings

• Perform inpatient pacemaker implantations

• Perform DCCV cardioversions

• Participate in weekend inpatient rounding and shared call coverage

• Collaborate with general and interventional cardiologists in a multidisciplinary practice

Requirements

• MD/DO with Board Certification in Cardiac Electrophysiology

• Active Oregon medical license or willingness to obtain one

• BLS and ACLS certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Electrophysiology experience

• Recent electrophysiology case logs meeting credentialing requirements
