Description

Join a fast-paced but manageable acute care community hospital Emergency Department in Carlisle, providing 24-hour in-house coverage on an ongoing PRN schedule starting July 2026. You’ll work with physicians, APPs, nurses, and technicians in a 10-bed ED with additional inpatient beds, supported by onsite CT and imaging. Patient volume is approximately 25–30 patients per day, with care for all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Medicine coverage during 24-hour in-house shifts
• Manage a broad range of acute care cases with team support

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABEM preferred)
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
