Description

Own the hiring engine behind how the company’s brand shows up in the world by recruiting exceptional brand and visual design talent. You’ll partner with Brand and Creative Studio leaders to define what “great” looks like, source designers through portfolios and creative communities, and guide candidates from first conversation through offer and close. You’ll keep multiple searches and stakeholders moving with clear briefs, candidate evidence, and accurate pipeline data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience hiring brand or visual design talent

• Strong grasp of creative disciplines (identity, art direction, campaigns, web, motion) with ability to assess portfolios

• Proven ability to find and close designers not actively applying via portfolio research, communities, referrals, and tailored outreach

• Experience building pipelines for both full-time designers and freelance creative talent

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and stakeholders with clear briefs, useful candidate evidence, and accurate pipeline data
