Description

You will build responsive, accessible Drupal themes, templates, and reusable front-end components to translate approved Figma designs into production-ready digital experiences. You will collaborate with UX, accessibility, backend Drupal, content, and QA teams to implement consistent and maintainable front-end experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible Drupal themes, templates, and reusable front-end components

• Translate Figma designs and specifications into production-ready Drupal interfaces using Twig, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Implement the Massachusetts Design System and approved design patterns with reusable components

• Build responsive, semantic, accessible interfaces across devices

• Partner with UX and Accessibility leads to implement accessible components and interaction patterns

• Develop front-end experiences for navigation, search and faceted search, forms, multilingual content, and key website functionality

• Integrate front-end components with Drupal content models, configuration, and functionality

• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing, troubleshoot front-end issues, and fix defects from QA/accessibility testing

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end standards, quality, performance, and maintainability

• Support production readiness, deployment validation, troubleshooting, and post-release stabilization
