Description

Lead and execute user acceptance testing for investment products and end-to-end customer journeys across branch, online, and mobile channels. Validate investment processes, calculations, regulatory requirements (MiFID II, AML), and reporting output, including checks related to historical data migrations. Create and manage UAT test plans and scenarios, report progress and risks, and communicate with business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end UAT scenarios reflecting the full customer flow (e.g., register opening → unit purchase → valuation → redemption → tax settlement)

• Verify investment instrument behavior and processes (funds, structured deposits, IKE/IKZE; transaction lifecycle and corporate actions like income payouts and unit splits)

• Test mathematical correctness of portfolio valuations (NAV), returns, fees, and management fees

• Validate regulatory and operational reporting (periodic statements, transaction summaries, reports for supervisory bodies such as KNF)

• Verify capital gains tax calculations (Belka tax) and tax-effective accounts (e.g., OKI)

• Use SQL to independently validate balances, positions, and transaction histories in databases

• Use advanced MS Excel to re-calculate bulk financial operations and compare against system results

• Work with test management tooling (Jira) and complex integrated architectures (investment systems integrated with core banking and CRM)

• Coordinate business testers / key users and translate complex market/investment mechanisms for technical and product teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of business testing experience in the financial sector (investment funds, structured deposits)

• Independent ownership and coordination of UAT for large multi-system banking projects

• Experience validating historical data migrations (balances, investment positions, client profiles)

• Regulatory expertise and experience testing regulatory-driven changes (MiFID II, AML, KNF-related requirements, capital gains tax)

• Experience testing integrated core banking and investment system architectures and related interfaces (e.g., CRM)

• Experience managing/coordination of other business testers or key users

• Ability to create UAT test plans, estimate effort, manage risks, and define entry/exit criteria

• Experience reporting UAT status and presenting implementation risks to steering committees and business leadership
