Description

Join an international transformation program for a large energy organization. The role combines Pricing, AI, and Data & Analytics by helping define AI-enabled pricing use cases and preparing the data, processes, and organization for scalable rollout. This is a business-focused position (not Data Scientist or AI Developer).

Role & Responsibilities

Discovery and Business Analysis

• Run workshops with Pricing, Finance, business teams, data teams, and technical stakeholders
• Identify business problems and improvement opportunities
• Define personas, AS-IS / TO-BE processes, pain points, and expected results
• Translate needs into business and functional requirements
• Create epics, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Build process maps and user journeys
• Maintain traceability from business needs to requirements, tests, and adoption

AI Use Cases in Pricing

• Support AI initiatives from idea through pilot and rollout preparation
• Define and prioritize AI use cases
• Specify business decisions the solution should support
• Define user interaction approach
• Define human-in-the-loop model
• Set expected outcomes and success metrics
• Define explainability requirements
• Collaborate on defining data and ground truth for evaluation
• Coordinate user feedback and pilot assessment
• Recommend scaling, changes, or closure of use cases

The role also includes the business side of Responsible AI, data protection, security, and required approvals.

Data Readiness

• Support the data & analytics product backlog and roadmap
• Coordinate readiness across countries and business units
• Support data validation and resolution of data-quality issues
• Analyze issues across source systems, mapping, pricing logic, dashboards, and downstream consumption
• Improve business rules and validation scenarios
• Keep visibility of open data-quality issues, decisions, and remediation actions
• Prepare user-facing materials, communications, and documentation for global and local teams

UAT, Rollout, and Adoption

• Prepare UAT strategy and test scenarios
• Coordinate testing and retesting
• Perform defect triage
• Recommend business sign-off
• Assess release readiness
• Coordinate communications and training
• Measure adoption and business impact
