Description

Join a digital transformation program for corporate and institutional banking, supporting modern digital banking solutions for business clients. You will help design and evolve banking products delivered via remote channels (web and mobile) and translate customer needs and business objectives into concrete requirements and product solutions. The scope includes payments (domestic and international), account and liquidity management, cards, API/Open Banking integrations, digital onboarding, and business credit solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and define business and functional requirements for digital banking products

• Collaborate with Product Owners and business segment owners during discovery and solution design

• Model business processes (As-Is/To-Be) and design customer journeys

• Create epics, detailed user stories, and requirements documentation in Jira and Confluence

• Analyze integration requirements across electronic channels, transactional and central systems, and external solutions including API/Open Banking

• Work with system analysts, architects, and UX/UI teams to design solutions

• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, refinement, and sprint planning

• Prepare the UAT approach, plans, end-to-end test scenarios, and test cases

• Coordinate UAT execution, manage defects, and obtain business acceptance

• Monitor data quality and use analytics and customer feedback to recommend product improvements

• Partner with business, IT, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory and business compliance

Requirements – Must have

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar

• Banking/financial/fintech or payments domain experience; strong banking domain knowledge required

• Practical knowledge of digital banking platforms for corporate clients: web/mobile channels, backend systems, central systems, and API/Open Banking integrations

• Practical Agile/Scrum experience (backlog management, refinement, sprint planning, UAT coordination)

• Experience analyzing, defining, and documenting complex business and functional requirements

• Jira and Confluence proficiency

• BPMN process modeling and customer journey design experience

• Experience working with architects, technical teams, and UX/UI

• Ability to define UAT, prepare end-to-end scenarios, manage defect lifecycle, and obtain business acceptance

• Knowledge of corporate banking regulations, risk management, security, and AML/KYC processes

• Ability to use data analytics and customer feedback to formulate product recommendations

• Very good communication skills and stakeholder collaboration (business, IT, compliance, legal)

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, economics, management, or related

• English proficiency at least B2

• Readiness to work in a B2B model

• Availability with a notice period not exceeding 30 days

• Willingness to work hybrid (around 1 day per week on-site)
