Description

The engagement is divided into two parts and provides project management assistance for regional initiatives. Project 1 covers preparing and executing the migration of the payroll system to the cloud, including integration updates, commercial and security assessments, process improvement facilitation, vendor contact and follow-up of agreements, and internal coordination. Project 2 covers preparing and implementing a competency module with standardized, digitally available protocols and structured competence documentation, requiring close collaboration with clinical professional environments in the health enterprises to ensure the solution is adopted, managed, and further developed.

Responsibilities

• Perform typical project manager tasks in an IT and organizational change context, including project planning, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, change management, benefit assessments, status reporting, dialogue and reporting to the steering group
• Communicate with employee representatives and other stakeholders
• Handle additional project administrative tasks as required
• Adjust scope based on the steering group’s decisions at any time
