Description

The assignment is divided into two parts and requires project management support for regional initiatives. You will help prepare and carry out the cloud migration of the Helse Vest payroll system (including integration updates, and handling commercial and security assessments), and prepare and implement a clinical competency module with standardized, digitally accessible protocols and structured competence documentation. You will use the Projectveiviseren methodology as the basis for the work.

Responsibilities

• Plan the project and manage project activities

• Conduct risk assessments and stakeholder analysis

• Create and manage communication plans

• Drive change management and perform benefits evaluations

• Provide status reporting and communicate with the steering group

• Coordinate communication with employee representatives and other stakeholders

• Perform necessary project administration work

• Support vendor contact, follow-up of agreements, and internal coordination (payroll cloud project)

• Work closely with clinical professional environments to ensure adoption, stewardship, and further development of the solution (clinical module project)

Requirements

• IT project management experience in IKT/healthcare digitization projects

• Strong skills in project planning, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, and communication planning

• Proven capability in change management and benefits evaluation

• Ability to coordinate vendor relationships and follow up agreements

• Ability to collaborate with clinical subject-matter experts to secure adoption and sustainable operation

• Effective communication and stakeholder management, including employee representatives
