Description

Design, implement, and maintain business process automation solutions using IBM BPM/BAW for international clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business processes on the IBM BPM/BAW platform (BPDs, human services, integration services, process design, workflows)
• Integrate external systems using REST and/or SOAP web services (JSON/XML) and handle external API calls
• Customize BPM UI/workflows using JavaScript and/or support backend/process integration with Java
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams; document technical designs and process flows

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as an IBM BPM/IBM BAW Engineer or BPM Developer/BPM Engineer
• Practical experience in designing and implementing business processes on IBM BPM/BAW (BPDs, human services, integration services, process design, workflows)
• Strong knowledge of BPMN; familiarity with Coach Views/Human Services is a plus
• Experience integrating external systems via REST and/or SOAP web services (JSON/XML)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (BPM UI/workflow customization) and/or Java is preferred
• Knowledge of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic dev tools; CI/CD is a plus
• Ability to document technical designs and process flows; collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Good communication skills, team-oriented mindset, proactivity, and willingness to learn and grow
