Description

Design, implement, and optimize process automation solutions using the Camunda platform for international projects across various industries. Build and improve BPMN-based processes, integrate them with external systems, and work with microservices and Java-based backend stacks. Create technical process documentation and collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Camunda Engineer / BPM Engineer / Automation Engineer

• Practical experience building and optimizing processes in Camunda Platform 7 or 8

• Strong knowledge of BPMN; additional knowledge of DMN/FEEL

• Experience integrating processes with external systems (REST, JSON, SOAP, XML)

• Hands-on experience with microservices and Java/Java-based stacks or similar backend technologies

• Ability to create technical process documentation and system specifications

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence

• Good understanding of SQL

• Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN modelers, Visio, Camunda Modeler)

• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes in cooperation with business stakeholders

• Nice to have: Kubernetes, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
