Description

Join a distributed, international team building and continuously evolving an in-house FinTech platform that aggregates and allocates capital across global financial markets to optimize investment resources for B2B clients.

You will design and implement a microservices-based cloud architecture on AWS, focusing on scalable, testable, clean code and high technical quality.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop and maintain the innovative FinTech product

• Design and implement microservices architecture in the AWS cloud environment

• Create scalable, testable, and clean code

• Work closely with business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical tasks

• Take ownership of delivered tasks and maintain top technical standards

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2)

• 5–6 years of commercial software development experience

• Solid Kotlin experience (at least ~1 year commercial) and Spring Boot

• Practical experience building microservices applications using AWS

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and a product-oriented approach

• Nice to have: CI/CD tools, Docker, MongoDB and/or SQL, Terraform (IaC)
