Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain internet-facing Commercial Cards applications with a strong focus on availability, performance, and security. The client is looking for long-term cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Developing and enhancing microservices-based solutions following clean code principles and best practices
• Building and maintaining REST APIs and integrations with internal and external systems
• Identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities found via SAST, container and dependency scanning, penetration testing, and other assessments
• Driving secure coding practices and improving security posture of internet-facing applications
• Analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving defects, incidents, and production issues
• Supporting CI/CD with Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins
• Optimising application performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, Security Specialists, and Operations; participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including solution designs and operational guidelines
• Using AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot) and contributing to AI agent and intelligent automation adoption in the Cards domain

Requirements

• 5+ years of Full Stack Java development experience, including testing your own changes
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs
• Angular and Angular Material
• Kafka and SQL databases
• Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD
• Experience remediating SAST, container scans, and other security vulnerabilities
• Knowledge of secure coding and OWASP principles
• Agile/Scrum way of working
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of AI tools or willingness to explore them
• Fluent English
