Description

You will develop and deliver SDDC environments based on open-source technologies, including Linux and Kubernetes-based platforms. The role includes requirement analysis, designing architecture across compute/network/storage and automation, building Kubernetes clusters (OKD/Rancher/RKE2/upstream), and integrating with infrastructure services. You will also support customers in maintaining and optimizing existing open-source environments and participate in pre-sales technical consulting.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evolve SDDC environments using Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes, OKD, and Rancher

• Analyze customer requirements and select architectures for compute, networking, storage, and automation

• Build and configure Kubernetes clusters (upstream, OKD, Rancher, RKE2) and integrate them with infrastructure services

• Support customers with maintenance, optimization, and further development of existing open-source environments

• Contribute to pre-sales: technical consultations, solution concepts, and technology presentations

• Improve skills in Linux, orchestration, automation, and distributed systems

Requirements

• Very strong hands-on knowledge of Linux: administration, configuration, security, advanced diagnostics

• At least 3 years of project experience designing or deploying infrastructure solutions (with examples of your role and responsibilities)

• Experience working directly with customers: gathering/analyzing requirements, technical alignment, presenting solutions

• Good understanding of datacenter infrastructure: virtualization, networks, storage, backup, high availability

• Ability to design, deploy, and maintain Linux-based solutions

• Ability to diagnose complex system and infrastructure problems

• Willingness to grow in open-source technologies and learn new solutions

• Independence, accountability, and creativity in troubleshooting

• Ability to create technical documentation covering analysis, architecture, and implemented solutions
