Description

As a Linux System Engineer, you will maintain, develop, and secure Linux environments for clients and internal infrastructure. The role includes designing and implementing high-availability solutions, automating administrative processes, and monitoring system health. You will respond to incidents, optimize production platforms, and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and develop Linux-based environments (RHEL, SLES)
• Design and implement high-availability environments
• Automate administrative processes using Ansible
• Maintain and manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Proxmox)
• Ensure system security: vulnerability monitoring, updates, permissions control, hardening
• Identify, analyze, and resolve performance and system issues
• Keep technical documentation complete and up to date (configuration, processes, standards)
• Collaborate with other technical teams on infrastructure development

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Linux Systems Administrator
• Very good Linux knowledge (administration, troubleshooting, automation)
• Good knowledge of virtualization platforms: VMware, Proxmox, or similar
