Description

You will help develop SDDC projects for enterprise clients using open-source technologies such as Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes, OKD, and Rancher. The role includes designing architectures (compute, network, storage, automation), building and configuring Kubernetes clusters, and supporting clients in maintaining and optimizing existing environments. You will also participate in pre-sales with technical consultations, solution concepts, and technology presentations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evolve SDDC environments using open-source technologies

• Analyze customer requirements and select architecture across compute, network, storage, and automation

• Build and configure Kubernetes clusters (upstream, OKD, Rancher, RKE2) and integrate with infrastructure services

• Support clients with maintenance, optimization, and further development of existing open-source environments

• Contribute to pre-sales: technical consultations, solution concepts, technology presentations

• Improve competencies in Linux, orchestration, automation, and distributed systems

Requirements

• Very good hands-on knowledge of Linux (administration, configuration, security, advanced troubleshooting)

• Minimum 3 years of project experience in designing or implementing infrastructure solutions with clear examples and your role/responsibilities

• Experience working directly with clients: requirements gathering, technical coordination, presenting proposed solutions

• Good knowledge of data center infrastructure: virtualization, networking, storage, backup, and high availability

• Ability to design, implement, and maintain Linux-based solutions

• Ability to diagnose complex system and infrastructure problems

• Motivation to grow in open-source technologies and willingness to learn new solutions

• Independence, accountability, and creativity in problem-solving

• Ability to write technical documentation including analyses, architecture, and implemented solutions

• Salary: 16,000–22,000 PLN base depending on experience and contract type (negotiable)
