Description

You will administer and maintain Linux and virtualized infrastructure in IT Operations, improving practices through automation and continuous improvement. You will handle complex incidents, manage monitoring alerts, and support backup/restore, capacity, patching, certificates, and technical changes. You will also contribute to production deployments, document and maintain runbooks, and transfer operational knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain infrastructure systems and services, mainly Linux and virtualized environments
• Configure Linux/Windows needs (certificates, clustering, SFTP, proxies, SMTP, etc.)
• Manage complex incidents: analyze causes, restore service, and propose preventive actions
• Process monitoring alerts, ensure threshold relevance and instruction quality
• Support backups/restores, capacity, patching, certificates, and technical changes
• Automate repetitive tasks, improve procedures, and stabilize recurring operations
• Participate in production releases and platform evolution coordination with internal teams and infrastructure providers
• Produce and maintain operating procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation; ensure knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Significant experience in systems administration and operations in production environments
• Very good diagnostic practices, incident resolution, and scripting
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly about risks and actions
• Confirmed, rigorous, pragmatic profile
• Selection criteria include production experience, technical depth, investigation quality, autonomy, and industrialization ability, with concrete example evidence
