Description

Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines in Azure using Azure DevOps YAML and GitHub Actions. Automate and standardize Azure infrastructure with Terraform and/or Bicep, enforce secure branching and quality gates, and build operational tooling with Python, PowerShell, and Bash. Package, deploy, and operationalize containerized and serverless Python applications and REST APIs, and support Azure Databricks and AI engineering workloads.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps YAML and GitHub Actions

• Automate Azure infrastructure provisioning using modular, reusable IaC patterns (Terraform and/or Bicep)

• Enforce secure branching, code review policies, automated quality gates, and multi-stage release approval workflows

• Build automated operational tooling, integration scripts, and custom scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash)

• Package, deploy, and operationalize containerized and serverless Python applications, REST APIs, and lightweight web services

• Harden Azure enterprise networking and access controls (RBAC, Managed Identities), manage secrets with Azure Key Vault, and centralize observability/logging

• Integrate GitHub Copilot and AgentOps with strict human review and governance

• Support deployment pipelines and automated provisioning for Azure Databricks, data pipelines, and AI engineering workloads

• Troubleshoot deployment failures, remove pipeline bottlenecks, and drive DevSecOps adoption with distributed teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering in enterprise environments

• 3+ years provisioning/governing Microsoft Azure infrastructure via Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred, Bicep)

• Deep mastery of Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML) and GitHub Actions

• Strong Python skills; plus PowerShell and/or Bash

• Background in enterprise Azure security and networking (Virtual Networks, Private Endpoints, Private DNS Zones, Network Security Groups, Managed Identities, Azure Key Vault)

• Proven end-to-end application build, test, packaging, and release automation experience

• English fluency (C1 preferred)
