Description

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable application deployments in Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on automation of deployment, monitoring, and scaling, plus infrastructure management across Azure services, Kubernetes, and Docker. You will also troubleshoot production issues using root cause analysis and support system reliability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Azure-based application deployments

• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes

• Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure/services (Azure App Services, Azure SQL) and container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker)

• Work in Unix/Linux environments and write Shell/Bash automation scripts

• Create automation tools and scripts in Python

• Diagnose and resolve production and development issues, including Root Cause Analysis

• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security

• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, especially for deployment and monitoring

• Strong DevOps experience with CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or similar

• Practical Kubernetes experience for orchestration and scaling

• Solid Unix/Linux knowledge and Shell/Bash scripting

• Good Python knowledge for automation and DevOps tooling

• Good Java knowledge (8/11/17) with ability to analyze and debug code

• Git experience and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins

• Very good analytical skills and troubleshooting (including debugging distributed systems)
