Description

Drive the evolution of an enterprise monitoring ecosystem by architecting scalable, end-to-end observability solutions across an international application landscape. You’ll move teams toward proactive operational awareness by implementing robust telemetry (infrastructure, distributed tiers, and business transaction flows) and by building reusable monitoring frameworks. You will also streamline delivery with CI/CD pipeline improvements and integrate modern tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Architect full-stack observability: design, implement, and maintain telemetry for infrastructure, distributed applications, and critical business transaction flows

• Establish scalable frameworks: create monitoring-as-code standards and self-service blueprints for consistent adoption by product teams

• Advance monitoring maturity: improve tracing, metrics, centralized logging, and alerting to reduce downtime and latency

• Streamline delivery & automation: build and optimize CI/CD release pipelines for automated software delivery

• Evangelize DevOps best practices: mentor squads on operational ownership and autonomous delivery workflows

• Drive continuous innovation: evaluate observability/DevOps tooling and run pilots; integrate ELK, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry

Requirements

• Master’s degree (BAC+5 or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on professional experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or observability roles

• Proven track record deploying and fine-tuning ELK, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry

• Demonstrated expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and automated deployment pipelines

• Solid understanding of supporting services and middleware, including PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ

• Excellent interpersonal skills with full business fluency in English
