Description

You will co-create and implement a comprehensive monitoring system covering infrastructure, applications, and end-to-end processes. You will develop a framework to scale monitoring to additional project areas, support CI/CD implementation, and increase technical autonomy and maturity of application monitoring practices. You will also drive DevOps initiatives and propose new observability solutions based on technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and deploy end-to-end monitoring across infrastructure, applications, and processes

• Build a scalable monitoring framework for other project areas

• Support technical implementation of CI/CD practices (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment)

• Promote DevOps culture within the project

• Lead DevOps initiatives and innovative improvements for the delivered applications

• Track technology trends and propose new solutions

• Increase organizational maturity in application monitoring practices

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps and/or infrastructure monitoring

• Strong technical foundation with infrastructure services (e.g., PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ)

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science or related field

• Proficiency with Git, Docker, Kubernetes

• Practical ELK stack knowledge (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

• Experience with Grafana and OpenTelemetry (OTel)

• Knowledge of Continuous Delivery practices
