Description

This role focuses on data management and governance within the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) landscape, ensuring dataset quality and accuracy. You will investigate and remediate model risk related to third-party products and services, manage key datasets, document data flows/lineage, and deliver performance insights through dashboards. The position also involves defining KPIs/KRIs, preparing governance packs, and facilitating stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Support investigation and remediation of model risk from third-party products and services

• Manage key datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting

• Document data flows and data lineage for traceability

• Develop dashboards for performance insights from complex data

• Define and maintain KPIs and KRIs aligned with business objectives

• Prepare governance packs and track action items to support decisions

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to clarify requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data management or related fields

• Practical knowledge of analytics, reporting, and data governance

• Experience defining and maintaining metrics and ensuring stakeholder acknowledgment

• Ability to resolve data quality issues and identify root causes

• Familiarity with governance practices and third-party risk/outsourcing

• Banking background (beneficial)
