Description

This role focuses on investigating and remediating model risk arising from third-party products, services, models, and technology solutions. You will support transformation within third-party risk management, including data and platform uplift, as well as AI implementation and creation of new processes. The goal is to strengthen transparency, accountability, and oversight of third-party model risks.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and remediate model risk associated with third-party offerings

• Perform risk analysis and improve governance related to third-party products

• Coordinate with stakeholders for effective requirements management

• Provide oversight to ensure sustainable controls in ongoing operations

• Review governance arrangements for third-party engagements

• Identify control and accountability gaps and design practical remediation strategies

• Facilitate workshops and manage requirements documentation

• Prepare decision-making materials and track delivery timelines

• Support testing and transitions of solutions into day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis or consulting for complex risk, governance, regulatory, or operational transformations

• Knowledge of third-party risk management

• Basic to intermediate understanding of AI risk and model risk

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with workshop facilitation and stakeholder management

• Ability to adapt delivery to changing requirements

• Expected office attendance of at least six days per month in Kraków
